Shipping Policy:
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. You will
receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it. Please
take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when
ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your
address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order
has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information.
International Shipping Policy: Delivery time to Canada and worldwide
countries is just an estimated average delivery time frame and is
NOT guaranteed. Your package may be held by your country’s customs
agency until cleared. We do not have control over your local Post
Mail System or Customs Agencies. However you can be assured that all
international packages are being shipped out with all needed
documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.
Duties and Taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added
taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the
package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs
